“The builder of my house did not put flashing where the deck met the house. Over the years it rotted the lower part of my walls. Mouse activity was present in the house. Grand Wildlife came out and did a very thorough inspection with photos of everything found. I told them to fix the problem and he did. Blocked all access points and insulated problem areas. New pictures were taken after the work was done and I was very impressed. Grand Wildlife also noted my bathroom vents were not venting out the roof and moisture from them was saturating the roof boards. This was also corrected by them. This is a very thorough company and I would use them again. Thanks Grand Wildlife”
