“Scott came out to do an assessment on our bat problem. We paid the $130 fee they charged. He gave us our quote. We scheduled them to come out the following Wednesday to come set up. Wednesday rolled around and he never showed so we called. No answer, text, no answer. Did this for a week. I called from my number since he didn’t have mine from when we initially called. Nothing. So we are out $130 dollars and still have our bat issue. Don’t waste your time with this company. Highly disappointed.. especially since we have young kids in the house.”
