“Didn't spray the outside of my window-frames with pesticide liquid like I asked him to. I'd had really good service with Zimmerman Pest Control for the last few years, with multiple houses I've lived in, but this last visit a few weeks ago was inadequate, and so I bought a bottle of Talstar Pro concentrate on Amazon and will be spraying my own house's perimeter from now on with my backpack sprayer. Maybe it was just a bad visit or a fluke or something. He did give me an informal quick-inspection for termites earlier this year at no charge, so that's why this is not a 1 star review. I even gave him a chance to come back and correct it, but he doubled-down and insisted that yes he had sprayed my window frames. Not true! They were bone dry, and yes, I checked more than one. I could easily see the pesticide liquid dripping down from the eaves on the other hand, that was still soaking wet and clearly HAD been sprayed properly. But unfortunately NOT the outside window frames, which is how bugs actually crawl or fly into your house. No hard feelings, I still paid the bill, but from now on I'll just have to do my own pesticide spraying.”
