“I had pest x set up for services on a Thursday morning. He quoted me a reasonable price. The evening before I was finalizing details like how he would like to be paid, check, card...etc. He calls me to report he had a family emergency. I was accepting of this, no problem... hoped everyone was ok, we can reschedule. I called him the following week to reschedule. No response, after waiting several days. I got a different company. Confusing! I sure hope he was not using family emergency as a way to avoid saying he did not want to do the job.”
