“(BEDBUG EXTERMINATION) If I could rate less than one star I would. Jon gave very much Mis-information on how bed bugs c CAN spread and how they ARE spread. Also about how you know if you’re getting bitten by bed bugs or fleas (ridiculous!). My extermination for beds bugs was on 5-12-23. In the letter provided on how to prep for the extermination it said things may not be “exactly where they were before” BUT, I didn’t expect my whole house to be turned upside down. I’m not sure of the man’s name who did my extermination but how he left my living areas was completely unprofessional. Beds being left flipped over is fine but he couldn’t even put the couches back onto the ground ATLEAST?!. Or make sure my screen door was closed so OTHER bugs don’t get in!!? I see why this is the lowest rated pest company in the area. Would NEVER recommend. (Refer to photos)”

“The service techs are good, some go the extra mile and do ALL they're trained to do. The office's billing procedures are not trustworthy. I paid for the fourth quarter and they charged my credit card again. This was in October and I'm STILL waiting for the money to be rightfully returned.... Got a follow up phone call 1/25 and a promise to make it right by crediting the first quarter as paid and crediting the second quarter at no charge. I agreed that was fair.”

“While using Griffin Pest Control, we no longer have any pests. Also, whenever I have called them with a pest concern, they come right over within the week! However, 2 years went by without Griffin telling us they needed to come inside the house on their tri-monthly visits and the mice came back. I am realizing I need to reach out to them regularly to be sure all our bases are covered.”
