I was in the process of having my house painted when we discovered some rotted wood and termites (which, honestly I did not know we had in Washington State!) so I started calling around to get someone out to take care of it. The first two local companies on Google never returned my call (and still have not, almost a week later). I left Nate a voicemail and he returned it in less than 5 minutes - first gold star. He was super nice and explained his process and what I should expect expertly - second gold star. He arrived onsite within 45 minutes (seriously!) - third and fourth gold star. He took great care of us, explained his maintenance plan but did not oversell it - fifth gold star. And he gave us some great tips on how to prevent these issues ourselves - why can't we give six gold stars?
