“Wouldn't recommend. Didn't show up to one appointment because they forgot to send the contract on time and the tech couldn't do the work without it and arrived late to another appointment without prior notice ("the schedule changed"). Email to ask about contact info to the new home owners to retrieve their equipment but decided to send a surprise bill the next day instead. There's plenty of good companies out there and this is in my opinion not one of them.”
