“The came quickly (within a day of calling) and the tech was friendly, but those are the only nice things I can say about Lind Pest Control. I was working on a roof and needed a bee hive gotten rid of so that I could keep working. The tech never went in the attic to look at the hive, he just sprayed some stuff on the outside of the roof and then said to call in 24 hours if there didn't appear to be less activity. I called the next day and the lady said, "Oh, it actually take 3-5 days." She was rude and unhelpful. If it was going to take 3-5 days, I needed to know that up front. Then, they sent the invoice to me but they also sent it to the homeowner, even though I said I was going to pay the invoice, and the invoice they sent the homeowner said "overdue" and it was sent the very same day that the tech came out!! The spray didn't even work. There were the same amount of bees as before. Very unsatisfied.”
