“Green Mango has been hit or miss for us. On occasion we get really great, knowledgeable, and thorough techs, but I would say 75% of the time the techs do not take their time to spray thoroughly and do not communicate approximate arrival time. In our account it says that we want to be contacted when techs are on their way/10 min out so that we can be present and help them be thorough on problem areas. However in the year we’ve had service we’ve only been contacted twice and this is with me calling to verify that it is noted in our account to notify us prior to arrival. The last tech we had wasn’t here ten minutes and we saw barely spraying the perimeter, let alone the known problem area on our property. I’ve called and left reviews before but nothing has been done to keep our service regularly thorough.”
