“Been using them for a while. Everything was great for the first year, but this year has been riddled with problems. My regular technician left and it’s been a revolving door since then. Some technicians have been good while others have been completely awful. Most of the problems revolve around their scheduling team which at this point I’m not sure if they can’t read or they just don’t care. They constantly ignore notes on my account and schedule the wrong technicians, schedule them weeks after my last visit or on Saturdays, when I have told them multiple times that I’m not available on. I think it’s time to find a new pest control company since it seems like this one can’t properly train their staff to care.”
