“I had no complaints with Gabriel. He tried very hard to complete the necessary treatment. My complaint is with your company that sends one person to treat carpenter bees which requires putting a ladder up to properly assess if there are any bee holes on the eaves. Even the holes that were on lower eaves some faced in toward the porch and you couldn’t see them from the ground. I was trying to help guide in the location but it was not possible to get the spray in the hole when he could not see the hole. I was told I would receive a call to come out and complete the job but have not heard anything so far. Not impressed at all with the service so far.”

“I’m covered for pretty much every pest out there and have been with GreenPest for multiple years (even before they changed their name) PROS: The people are nice, communicative and my services are conducted on time. If we find a wasp nest or some other non-routine pest, they arrive quickly and take care of the issue. Mosquito coverage is a separate policy that I have and I’ve never had an issue with those since beginning the service. CON:The general pest service has questionable results. If I don’t put flea/tick protection on my dog exactly every 30 days, she gets a tick. And the ant hills in my front yard go unnoticed every year until I point them out, even after requesting their presence be added to my file so they would be consistently addressed.”

No one EVER calls back when a call is "scheduled" and we have repeatedly been told contradictory things by different agents. It is a new story each time we call.
