“Terrible Experience - Do Not Recommend! I hired this pest control service to handle a rat infestation in my home, and I’m beyond frustrated with the results. Despite several visits, the problem did not seem to be taken care of. They used cheap traps (glue traps and like cheese crackers) things I can get at my local grocer. I remember calling them to let them know if they can please step it up with their traps and they let me know that they would note my account for the future services. When the guys showed up they kept asking for my help in finding the traps installed, their communication amongst staff sucked! When they came after my call they just installed snap traps (another common bait I had already used myself) I remember asking to speak with Dylan he was the one I dealt with in the beginning I was told I was going to be added to some sort of call list, never happened. My home still had signs of rats indoor even after they left.The indoor treatment is where my issue is at. Nothing was caught, can be because of their poor bait and traps. I’m extremely disappointed with their service and would not recommend them to anyone. Unfortunately I had to pay for a membership so I will still be dealing with them.”

“Parker and later, Michael were both great techs and explained their work and what they accomplished on their visits. Each did a complete coverage on our home and lot and arrived on time. Weeks later: it is so nice to not have wasps and other unwanted bugs on our patio and along the fence. I also have noticed that I rarely have any flies inside the house. If I do see any insects and such, I can call Greenix and they will come anytime.”
