“I am shocked. I just got my home sprayed a few weeks ago. Called them back because there is a ton of wasp nests in my bushes. Kate the manager told me the guy sprayed my yard and bushes because he wrote it down on a piece of paper. We'll. I don't think I would have as many wasp nests if he did. On top of that, she wanted to charge me an extra 69.99 to come spray again. And that I needed to be on a plan to guarantee there work 😆 shouldn't they guarantee there work anyways. What a joke. My mom was there, and she can testify the tech did not spray my yard & I also have cameras around my home, Plus the Tech was late coming maybe was in a hurry to get home since it was the end of the day. I was on the quarterly plan, but my husband lost his job. We couldn't afford it quarterly. My advice is to find a different company. Perkins isn't a place to get customer care or even services done anymore. This company is not what it used to be. Who ever bought Perkins should rethink how they are treating loyal customers.”
