“I have been a loyal customer for 7 years. For 7 years they have come every three months. I have referred MANY family, friends and neighbors to them. They’ve decided they are no longer going to spray inside of homes. I still get bugs even when they spray the inside of my home, so i was pretty taken back by that. I asked them to keep spraying the inside, since that’s where i don’t want bugs { i could care less if spiders are outside} they told me it would be a $20 extra charge to keep spraying in the inside. Of course they said they are increasing because of “inflation” but $20 seems a bit extreme. We are all feeling the hurt of inflation right now, let’s not take advantage of your loyal customers, right? The girl at the front desk said she would keep it how I’ve always had it, since i was upset about that change. I just called, 2 months later and still seeing spiders, and now they are going back on the arrangement. Instead of trying to working with their loyal customer, they just told me they’d go ahead and cancel all my services. Sooooo they don’t take care of their loyal, long time customers.. they won’t take care of you as a new one. I would find some where else, for sure!”
