“AVOID!!!!!! First, their services DONT work. We still have spiders, fleas, hornets, and flys. I’ve tried to cancel THREE times and they will not let me unless I pay a $250 cancellation fee. My husband was literally hospitalized from being attacked by hornets in our yard TWICE. I told greenix this and told them I do NOT want their services anymore and they just give me the run around. I’m paying for literally nothing as nothing has changed and they never come out. And if they do it’s a young dumb kid that does nothing. Worst company ever.”

“I’ve been have this service for several years now and I’m still seeing mice inside my home. From the onset someone should have advised me on where and how and corrected those entry points initially along with providing outside treatments to rid the problem…instead I’m on the pay pay and keep paying plan to masked it instead of correcting”

“Horrible company, seriously do not waste your time or your money on this service. I contacted them due to some issues I was having with gnats and flies. They had assured me that thier service would treat the problem I was having. Also they listed off several other insects they would treat for, most notably spiders and ants. Well following three treatments I continued to see gnats, flies, spiders and an occasional ant, although ants were never a real issue for me here. The only reason I have seen a decrease in activity from the gnats and flies is due to the weather change and definitely not because of their service. When contacting customer service I find them to be little help with my problem as they just offer to keep coming out, which has been proven historically to be ineffective. I sought to get out of my contract due to their inability to provide the service promoted and I was told that I had to fulfill the entire year. The only option they did provide was to “not come out for the next scheduled service call”, which was so ridiculous I was rather left speechless. Ultimately I have reported them to the better business bureau in hopes to end the contract due to failure of providing adequate service as promoted. Just look somewhere else.”
