“My experience with ninefold began with a nice young man named Donnie. He praised the "locally owned and family run business" stating over and over 100% satisfaction. They came out three times the first month as we had quite a problem particularly with spiders and ants. The treatments did take care of the ants however the inside treatments were ineffective and spiders continued both indoors and outdoors. After the third treatment we sent two text messages explaining just how dissatisfied we were. No response from them. Today I called and cancelled but was charged $279 cancellation fee. We had explained that the problem persisted and was not due to us and that the product seemed unreliable. We had a 45 minute conversation where we were offered a manager to come and identify what must be an"infestation of spiders and nests" under the patio. I again said cancel me with a 50% discount for the cancellation fee ... Absolutely not was the response. Within one hour they had deducted the $279 from my account. They are totally unreasonable, argumentative and rude. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with ninefold. The Better Business Bureau is my next stop.”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS! This has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a pest control company. They will gladly take your money to provide a whole lot of nothing. To make matters worse, they never returned to even complete the initial service. When we tried to cancel, we were told there would be a $99 cancellation fee. Later, they attempted to charge us nearly $400. None of these fees were clearly disclosed upfront. The technician also claimed that certain treatments and cleaning tasks were completed, but that was simply not true. The eaves of the house, deck, and shed were still covered in active wasp nests. The property was never properly de-webbed or swept, and there were still spider webs and dead bugs all around the exterior of the home after the service was supposedly finished. For the amount they charge, you could honestly buy a can of bug spray from Walmart and do a better job yourself. This company relies on misleading sales tactics, poor service, and technicians who appear willing to document work that was never actually completed. Save your money, avoid the frustration, and look elsewhere. If I could give zero stars, I would.”
