“Honestly, one of the most dishonest companies around. I prepaid for a full year of service and this company kept trying to charge me every quarter during my contract. I had to call in each time and remind them and show them that I had a full year prepaid. And then when I told him I wanted to cancel, they kept charging me and then they kept calling me. Tell me that I owed them more money. I waited on the phone with him peacefully and walk through their process and explained to them what had happened. Only after having been on the phone for over an hour that I finally decided to hang up. They then continue to call me and harass me and tell me how I owe money. Honestly, as a consumer, I tried my best to make sure I was very straightforward with them, but honestly, their service wasn’t all that great and I would encourage anyone to explore the contracted full and ultimately my advice for you would be just don’t use the company like this just go out and buy your product from Home Depot. It’s not worth the headache”
