“I have used Gregory Pest Control for my home for a few years and they did a solid job until this year. I also hired them to service my business office. Over the last 6 months, they billed me for commercial services that NEVER happened and scheduling became a problem with both my residential and commercial accounts. I messaged the technician about coming out and getting service because it was taking too long and he became defensive. Instead of taking responsibility, he pawned me off on his manager who was suppose to call me and he never did. His manager was suppose to identify another technician to service my account. After several days with no contact from the manager or company, I called their customer service team and I was notified that instead of finding a new technician, they cancelled my account without even notifying me. As a small business owner, I can't imagine handling an account as poorly as they handled mine. A culture that doesn't take responsibility, poor communication and charging for services that NEVER HAPPENED ... unacceptable. There are too many good options in this service sector ... I would definitely recommend using a company other than Gregory Pest Solutions.”
