“Unfortunately the company was unable to make it within my initial service appointment window, and only contacted me after I texted to cancel at the end. I don’t have the PTO to wait for hours and no one show up. I value my time, I need a company that does the same. Edit for response: Thank you for responding. In your response you stated they arrived near end, and your technicians always call if they will be cutting it close, but my experience was that I wasn’t contacted until 2:54 saying they would be there in 15min only after I texted a few minutes earlier. I get that delays happen but I think we can all agree that I should have been contacted before the last 5minutes of a 1-3p appointment window. I’ve heard nothing but great things about your company, and I’m sure 99.9% of the time your technicians do an amazing job, arrive in the appointment window or call if you’re behind. Unfortunately for me, I fell into that .1% and I’ve had too many experiences with wasting PTO waiting for a company to show up. I will definitely consider you in the future as you’re still considered one of the best in the area.”
