Matt called almost immediately and scheduled someone to come look the next day when I was off work. Sure enough, Ben and Raven (the cutest bug finder ever!) came and confirmed. Ben answered any and all of my questions easily! Then the very next afternoon he came to do the first chemical treatment. He was prompt and sent helpful messages about his arrival.
