“Do NOT waste your money on this company. I paid $1,400 for a bed bug treatment in September after being assured — repeatedly — that their product was the best on the market and had never failed. They treated my home three times, and I followed every instruction they gave to the letter. Fast forward to February, and guess what? Bed bugs are back. I reached out immediately, expecting some level of accountability or at least a real solution. Instead, I was met with stalling and excuses. For three weeks, all I got was, “Let us check with our boss and get back to you.” And when they finally did? The best they could offer was to retreat for half price. This company clearly cares more about profit than people. Their so-called “guarantee” is worthless, their follow-up is unprofessional, and their customer service is inexcusable. If their treatment “never fails,” then either I’m some kind of medical mystery or their product simply doesn’t work. Save yourself the time, stress, and money. Go with someone who actually stands by their work. This was a total scam.”

Ben could not have done a more thorough inspection, including bringing his bed bug dog Raven in as well.
