“My Condo Association got in touch with H&M after REPEATED calls, and MULTIPLE trips from another local company that literally stretched over months, with no remedy for the wasp/bee issues for the second season in a row. Jack from H&M got in touch immediately, and came out the very same day. Was prompt, professional, and extremely thorough. Explained to me what each type of wasp colony was. (We had 3 separate types of wasps residing unwanted on my property) He went over what repairs would also be necessary to remedy them from rebuilding again, or coming back next season, and then continued on with the treatments. As we are only on week 1 since treatment, and he did say it could take 2-3 weeks to see full results, we haven’t see one bee since. As we will certainly be keeping an eye out for the start of any more colonies and signs of them, we were blown away with just their stellar customer service alone. Thank you so much Jack! We appreciated your kindness, patience, thoroughness, and knowledge! We will definitely use them again, and hoping our Association will also consider switching to them for our annual spider spraying!”
