“David who serviced my home was very knowledgeable and very nice and polite, unfortunately the owner quoted me a cheaper price in the beginning and David handed me a bill which was $30.00 more than the $200.00 quoted. ( not his fault) Two months later, I called because I had more problems with black ants and spiders. Since the owner said the service was for a year, he never told me there would be another charge. After David re-sprayed the porch, he handed me a bill for $139.00 (again, not his fault) When I called and told the owner I was surprised and confused, he yelled at me and said (nothing is guaranteed) and he would drop the charge but do him a favor and never call his company again. I called to question a charge and was rudely yelled at. I have no complaints with David, but make sure you get a confirmation from the owner about charges before you start service. $369.00 for two months of pest control is outrages.”

They were able to come out very quickly and demonstrated a very scientific understanding of how our yellow jackets behave, which lead to an effective treatment strategy.
