“The commercial side lady was extremely rude with a horrible attitude. We are potentially moving into military housing and a question regarding a service that happened 2 years ago and she was just rude. Military housing asked us to call the pest control company for more information. Didn't even want to make an attempt to search. She acted like we were bothering her to do her job. If you could avoid this company I would. They obviously do not keep meticulous records of the work they do and are uninterested in answering questions.”

“They were very fast to book an app for a quote. My wife asked the guy how to schedule the services and he said to call or email the office the next day, but calling would be faster. The next day she called and no one answered. There was also no way to leave a voice mail. She sent an email and no answer. This morning she called after they opened and a lady answered with just "hello". While my wife was asking if this was the correct place, the lady hung up on her. The guy has told my wife she could text him if we had any questions so she reached out to him as well with no response. Apparently from previous reviews, this has been an on going problem with this company. I'll never beg a business to take my money. Just don't waste your time here.”
