“DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! Their salesman came to my home, we agreed upon a quarterly service and payment. I was simply asked to just “give them a chance” They came and treated my home (outside only). After waiting I wanted to check and see when my next scheduled service was. It turns out they were charging me monthly instead of on the day of treatment as agreed upon. After telling them to cancel, my account somehow remained active and continued to be billed and I once again told them to terminate my service because they are exceptionally dishonest. I was told that a representative would call me to go over the details and verbal confirmation was needed yet the next day they cancelled my account, and proceeded to charge another service fee, and $200 additional dollars for cancelling. This is the most misrepresentation of a service providing company out there. DO NOT waste your money. They will figure out a way to scam you out of as much money as possible.”
