Ro is an excellent communicator, incredibly flexible with scheduling, and always on time. What truly sets him apart is his willingness to find solutions that work for your specific situation. Our son has a rare disease, so we have to be extremely careful about chemical exposure while still wanting to enjoy our outdoor space. Ro listened to our concerns and didn’t stop working until he got our mosquito problem under control using approaches we were comfortable with. His attention to detail and kindness go far beyond pest control. Before spraying, he picks up toys and personal items to keep them safe. He once found loose change in our yard, picked it up, and sent me a picture showing where he placed it. He even fixed our leaky hose without us asking! “They could ONLY come over when they wanted, not when I was able to receive them. They didn't finish spraying the lawn in the back so months later they wanted their money. I said come and finish spraying and I will pay your what is owed, but they said NO, WE WANT THE FULL AMOUNT OR WE WILL REPORT YOU AS A BAD DEBT! I had to pay the full amount just to stop the harassment! Would NOT recommend! The weeds still came!”
