“We hired them to do extermination treatments at our house as well as termite treatments. When they showed up a couple months ago The technician never got out of his truck. Then the last time they he only did a granular treatment even though on our ticket it said we were getting fogging with a backpack blower. We have not seen them Use a backpack blower in months. My wife called to say we wanted to cancel our service. The guy on the phone said he can't keep an eye on all his people so apparently he just accepts the fact that the technicians don't get out of the car. This is a direct contradiction of their slogan saying that they are concerned about their reputation. Then they sent us a letter in the mail saying that they are terminating our termite warranty even though we paid for a full year. I take that as retaliation for us canceling the monthly service.”
