“I have one question? When I was thinking about using you guys for your services I got 3 phone calls in one day and 6 in one week but when I owed 85$, that's right 85 dollars you send it to collections? I admit your emails did go to spam, but you also said you sent me bills by mail but slipped up on the phone and said I was billed paperless. Now when I first paid for your services I only wanted the inside of my house to be sprayed due to spiders. I made my first initial payment and was told I could make all payments in person upon services. The second time yall came you only sprayed outside and I had to call and reschedule you guys to come back out which I give you credit for you did. But I clearly stated at the beginning I only wanted the inside sprayed. My biggest pet peeve is instead of when my next treatment was due you did call to ask for payment instead you sent it to collections like I wouldn'tpay you guys if you just would have called. I would have happily paid yall. But you send it to collections and more than likely affecting my credit score. SERVICES TERMINATED.”
