“I said I found what looks like Indean Meal Moths near my clothes in my bedroom. I read that they eat grains but had nothing out. I was told by a fear mongerer that they eat everything. Hoffmans came to my home and told me to wash all my clothes in hot water, dry them really hot, or freeze them but said they saw the Indean Meal Moth without a doubt. They told me that the Indean Meal Moth eats all natural fibers so I had to ruin all of my clothes fast to avoid a bigger infestation. They told me to put my couch in a plastic bag. I was terrified hearing stories about huge infestations. Hoffmans told me it will eat first the lapels of my clothes and eat in weird places. They just sprayed around but gave me no moth traps and charged me $300. They found no source and did not look around in the attic. I gave them a tour of all my linens. They left me terrified so I fogged all of my clothes since I had no oversized freezer to fit everything I owned nor dryer and had to sleep on the couch with the poison fogger smell so strong it made me sick. I lost time from work trying to deal with it. All of my clothes are poisoned or damaged. The bug problem is unchanged. No clothes were bug eaten. I was hurt by them with so much poison and in other ways. Lying to customers is serious. I was duped since I trusted them to have skills and knowledge.”
