“They like to charge you coming and going for things that should be normal. Recently wanted a couple of ground hogs caught, cost 500$ and they failed to catch them. Then a large hornets nest on my upper eve on my house (about 20 some feet up) no notice for when it was forming -even though they 'do' and outside inspection- now it's just and they want to charge me 250 to remove it (2 guys plus a ladder). Wildly disappointed. Guy on the phone sounded like he wanted to help but his hands are tied by company policy. Guess I'll just lean out a window with some Raid hornet killer.”
