“I live in Georgia but no option to select my location. Price went up and service went down. Came today, missed two stations. I would think they would know how many stations are around your house and where they are located so they could account for every one. So I have 15 and tech only checked 13. I took pictures of the two that I know were missed and will include. I called Customer Service and was told would be back out in a week (I guess it’s not important to get right back out to correct mistake). I offered to send Customer Service pictures but they said I didn’t need to, probably don’t want information on mistakes, just want your money. And of course they just had price increase, probably for good job they are doing of checking almost all the bate stations and for new name, now Rocket Pest Control”

“*BEWARE* Rocket Pest Control, formerly known as Home Pest Control, is an extremely dishonest company. After paying for an annual service (1/mo pest control), I began to receive bills in the mail after month 8 stating that I was in arrears with the company and that I owed an additional $636 dollars for an annual extension. I NEVER agreed to or signed a contract of any sort for an extension of services. I attempted over and over to contact the company, but never received any feedback or communication. My services were stopped after month 10 without any notice or communication from the company. After many attempts to communicate with Home Pest Control, I finally received a call back stating that there was a "glitch" in their system that caused bills to be sent out to customers and ceased services. I can't imagine how many unsuspecting customers received that same bill and just paid it in fear of ruining their credit or worse! Now, I am receiving the same bill AGAIN from Rocket Pest Control. This is a level of harassment that has gone too far. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR PEST CONTROL NEEDS!!!”
