“Up until now we were happy with their service. We requested assistance on an Armadillo problem. For $400 bucks they set the trap and told us they would check it every day . All they did was a 30-60 sec call question "is the animal in the trap", after 5 days nothing. What a crock! Don't waste your money! In my opinion I would suggest you use other less expensive ways to rid the menace.”

“The experience with Impact has been pretty positive. I only wish they did a better job cleaning the cob webs off the cage. They were just here last week and it wasn't cleaned very well but they are reliable and show up regularly.”

“I’m reluctant to post this negative review because I usually only do positive ones but I feel it’s needed because of my experience with this company. First of all all they were referred by a neighbor and friend who had no problem with them. I asked them to evaluate my home for rat proofing in my attic and on the roof. I had no current issue but the previous owner did many years ago I was told as did the neighborhood, and I wanted to make sure there were no open attic/roof areas that could be breached. (I live on a lake). The sales person came out, went into the attic and said I definitely needed the service and there was “a 50% chance” that we had a current problem. I agreed to a contract price over $700. The technician showed up when my wife was the only one home on the appointed date. After being in the attic a short time he came down and said “I think we did this house already (for the past owner) but I’m setting traps just to be sure.” When I talked to the technician about it later on when he came back to find the empty traps he insisted that he did roof work and that the sales people never “go on the roof”. Ultimately the manager cut the fee in half but I still feel mislead by both the sales and service people who couldn’t get their story straight. I was going to use this company for bug protection but now I don’t feel that they are trustworthy.”
