“Surprised at the positive reviews because my experience has been horrible. First, they don’t listen. I specifically stated interior and they only treat exterior and continue to charge me. When I call to get it right (the past 3 treatments) they take weeks to respond and refuse to refund me or work with me towards an appropriate solution. None of their treatments have worked against indoor spiders. I have not seen a reduction in the number of indoor spiders and spent hundreds on this company, only a waste of time, effort, and money.”
