“I want to share a great experience with Northwest Pest Control. Kim was really great helping determine my needs and setting up an appointment (wonderful customer service attitude!) and Kendall who came to my home for the inspection. He went above and beyond to determine the source of my problem. He genuinely was interested in searching until he narrowed down the possibilities and even willingly went into a tight unpleasant crawlspace twice to be thorough in his inspection (complete with a wonderful attitude - saying "that's what I'm here for!"). I'll definitely be calling again and recommending them to friends.”

“As a renter my work order was assigned with them. I called them several times and only received their voicemail. I reported them to the property management and they lied and said they had been trying to reach me!?! I have caller ID. If they are not available and lie so carelessly, Their actions alone show lack of professionalism. I requested another vender and got scheduled within 24 hours. Would not recommend.”
