“I was especially impressed with Jennifer who set up the appointment and then followed up with me to be sure the ants had not returned. I appreciated her response to me when the ants returned about a week later. She explained why that wasn't so unusual and requested I wait a couple of more days to let her know how it was going. She followed up a few days later by phone and an email to be sure I was completely satisfied with their service. Sure enough, within two days the ants were gone. It has been three weeks and there isn't an ant in sight. I also like that this company has a 30 day guarantee.”
