“Brian did an excellent job!! He toook the time to inspect my traps in which he found a few were 'overbaited' and wouldn't trip to capture a rodent. He also thoroughly inspected (unlike my last technician) around the base of my house (sill) and found a couple of entry points for mice. We have had several days where the temperature has gone down into the single digits and I have not had one mouse trap tripped. He evidently found the points of entry outside and sealed them up. Brian's prefessioanlism and thoroughness were a vast improvement over the last technician and the prrof is no rodent activity for the past three weeks despite cold weather and snow. He takes his job sderiously and it shows. I gave him 5 stars for the excellent service I received and the time he spent inspecting around the outside of my house. He is the only person who climbed and crawled through a large remote section of our attic to see the full extent of the mice and show it to us with videos.
