“I don’t understand how they have so many 5 stars. Read their testimonials, they beg you to look at their reviews. I read almost all of them and I believe most or all are scripted. Please read my review before you waste your money and time.I called these people and they charged double what everyone was charging so I figured they would be thorough and get the job done. They came out and was super polite and all, but in the middle of the treatment I figured I’d just run down to the gas station and get something to drink. When I got back they proceeded to tell me that some lady went in the house and opened the upstairs window and I had no way of getting up there because it was an apartment. This was a very small house, but it had an upstairs apartment and a downstairs apartment. Why they didn’t say that we would have to do this again when the window was shut idk. They were the professionals. They knew the treatment wasn’t going to work at that point and they still cut their machines off an hour early, or more than that I can’t remember. I have a disabled senior citizen and a 2 yr old disabled baby with a genetic disorder. This was something I couldn’t afford to begin with but I was willing to do ANYTHING to get rid of them. The bugs were in the car and they wouldn’t treat my car unless I paid yet another $300 on top of the $3300 (come to find out most places will do your car also at no extra charge. We never got rid of the bugs, we thought we did at first but I am the small percentage of ppl who don’t get irritated by their bites and I hardly slept at night so I could watch my son cuz he’s on oxygen when he sleeps, so I had no idea they were coming back with a vengeance. To this day we are still dealing with them in the vehicle. This is torture and now they’ve turned my bill into the credit bureau! They had gotten over $1000 out of me for a job that never got done. If you want to get RID of them DO NOT go to these people! Businesses have people go online and give excellent reviews so that you want to use their business. But I promise that EVERYTHING I just said is exactly how it went down. We are now homeless because I had to desert the house and everything we owned in it 😭 these are horrible people hiding behind smiles, don’t trust them. They wouldn’t come back and do it again because by the time I saw all the bites on my son and my client the 90 day period had just ended. They took advantage of my situation and did the laziest job they could. Also, I saw on their site they say they have dog assisted visits and that is a LIE. I NEVER saw a dog. My little family unit is living in a tiny motel room that costs more than what we make a month. I’m a torn mother who has no other options at this point and now they’ve turned me in to the credit bureau for a job that didn’t get done, over $1000 is well paid! I will be contacting the BBB about this also. I hope this review does exactly what an honest teview is supposed to do is deter you from wasting your hatd earned $ because who in the world can just hand out &3300 unless you’re rich. I’ve gone into a deep drpression since we are now homeless and dealing with this. I literally paid for torture 😭😞😭😞😭”
