“This review is for their annual service plan : Nice people but their timing of visits doesn't work and the mice traps they use don't work either , likely silly of me to expect them to work in a wooded rural area. We have seen "no action" on their traps but when you use the tomcat bates and traps you can clearly see evidence of feeding (through a clear plastic window and even some dead mice in the crawl space from time to time. Monthly spraying for insects is too much for as we have pets and a 3 times a year visit in the woods of NH is really only a 2 visit treatment ( spring and summer - and their spring visit is when there is plenty of snow on the ground - so how do you put a spray down on snow ? ) so it really is a one time mid summer ? if you can put on a pair of rubber gloves buy a gallon of home defense and spray your yard perimeter yourself , and buy som tomcat traps - save yourself a bunch of money. - oh and if you do sign up you have to keep them for 2 years or the charge you a "walk away ' fee of $99.00”
