“Have been using JP pest since we moved in our new home and realized we had a rodent issue that had previously been ignored for years by the past owners. They were VERY comfortable in our home. We made the decision to go with JP pest based on local reviews and we have not been disappointed! Their pricing has been very reasonable based on my research for an annual plan that covers pretty much everything we would need. The sign up process was easy, quick and they were very clear in the terms of the plan and made it easy to understand so I knew exactly what I was signing up for and paying for. Their technicians have all been local knowledgeable people and l have had no concerns at all with the service they have provided. All my questions have been answered with care. I have pets and one of my absolute biggest concerns was around safety to them and the local creatures (within reason ) I didn't want any harm to come to my pets or any unnecessary harm to our local beneficial critters or bugs. Whenever they come for a service they are clean and neat and clearly take care to not accidentally leave products around that could cause any unintended harm. They are applied or distributed with intent and precision. I appreciate very much their care in their work and have seen immediate and consistent positive results. My only very insignificant negative is that I wish it was possible to nail down a more specific window of when they are going to arrive for a routine service. I do get notification several days before telling me the day they will come, but a specific window isn't identified. I know this is standard practice so I don't hold it against them in any way but it would be nice to have a shorter window say 2-3 hours that I can plan around. Other than that (which isn't a huge issue for me) - Highly recommend!”
