“I have both pest and termite contracts with J&J. I started out with preventive care about two years ago. It seems that every time my house is sprayed, I get more activity with bugs. I am experiencing rats as well as mice in home. The last spray was after Thanksgiving last year. I am experiencing and seeing a lot of activity with these mice and rats. I must say that J&J sent a professional out to take care of the problem. Glue traps were put down. They did not work. I was told to trust the process. It is now after New Years. The problem is still going on. How long do I have to trust the process? I had an appointment today for 2-5. The representative called at 9:30 AM to provide service . I do have a job and make my work schedule around the appointed time. When he got here- major attitude because he had to wait around for my appointment. When you cut corners and lie, I have a big problem with that. I pay for you guys to spray all areas and to give me answers to what is going on with my property , floors, baseboards and ceilings all of a sudden cracking and holes in the baseboards which clearly shows that it is a pest in some sort. I pay a lot of money to J& J every year. I should not feel uncomfortable in my own house and sharing space with critters and you guys can’t justify what is the problem. You are my pest company. I have you for pest and termites. I pay every couple of months for pest control. You should have answers. I showed the representative everything that was going on. He clearly did not want to be here to do anything that late and on a Friday. He told me that it was a foundation problem. I am showing him how it is not a foundation problem, but is a pest problem. Really!!! Why hire professionals to handle the job, if you have no idea what is going on? Your solution is to trust the process with the glue boards. The only suggestion that you have is to allow the glue boards to catch them. Rats can pull themselves off if they are attached. Is that your only suggestion? This is horrible. He called his supervisor. While on the phone, I asked about live traps. The representative told the supervisor that he didn’t have any on his truck after stating earlier to another employee and me that the company didn’t have any live traps and a truck was coming this evening with some. He said that his boss would come and placed some traps down on Monday. I can’t keep taking off from my job. I have to pay bills too, but I have to make myself available. At this point, I am very frustrated. I have to get attic stairs before you can go up to see if there is a problem there. He still hasn’t sprayed my garage., no plumbing was checked to see if there was a problem, did not try to seal anything that I was showing him. Got upset that I was taking up his time and left abruptly like I was wasting his time. I am the one being inconvenienced and uncomfortable in my home. My whole holiday has been ruined with critters. I trusted your company to keep me safe. I do not feel valued as a customer.I feel unheard, uncomfortable and undervalued.”
