“I have had this company for at least a year now. Every time they are suppose to come for treatments it's a hassle to get a time that works for me. They want you to accommodate them, not vice versa. I work and can only do afternoons and certain days of the week. I had finally worked out this next service for an afternoon time and now 2 days prior they cancel on me because their employee wants the afternoon off. I've heard excuses each time we go through this. We don't have enough clients in that area to do that time, etc. They should not have taken the business on if they can't accommodate their customers. Another suggestion from them is they can just come and do the outside. But you still pay for the full service. Both inside and out should be done for pest control. How is this good customer service....”

“I used Northwest Exterminating through my rental. Clay called me to come address a termite issue that I thought were carpenter ants. I sent him pictures and he told me they were definitely termites. Clay comes out the next day and looks at the area where I sent him the pictures of. He states that someone else will come back and treat the area at a later date. In between that time, I figured out that all the green canisters around the house are termite bait stations. 6 days later Clay comes back with a can of spray and sprays the area in my kitchen. I ask him about the bait stations, and he says that his company installed them, but he was not the one that did it. He didn't even check one. Obviously, this was an issue before to have to install bait stations. He leaves. 2 days later the termites are in my son's room, the hallway, the garage and still in the kitchen. I have pictures and videos. They don't work on weekends and will be out on Monday. Clay returns on Monday and looks again where I told him the termites were. He can't really tell where they are coming in because I cleaned them up (his words) so he walks around and looks and says that he can't do anything today but he will have his termite Supervisor come out sometime later in the week and assess the situation and formulate a plan. I get a message from my rental manager that they will be out today, 6/4, at 11am and will be doing a "full-home termite treatment". I look out my window at 10:15 am and the Northwest Exterminator truck is in my driveway. I go to put my dog up so when they come to the door I can open it. I go to go out and the truck is gone, and a business card is in the door. They never even came to the door. What full-home treatment did they do? My dog didn't even bark one time. I am not convinced that anything was done. I wouldn't recommend this company at all. I think that the rental company should find a new exterminator to do business with because this one is just billing them and not doing anything to keep the property safe. By the number of termites that I killed I can only imagine how many are still alive and feasting on the home.”
