“UPDATED: Soon after leaving my review, I was contacted by Jon. He promptly made an appointment to return to retreat our house. He was exceptional! I will definitely recommend Massey. Jon treated the whole house as we had expected the first time. I will always contact him for my service. We always used Mayfield Brothers before being bought out by Massey. We felt like we would get the same service with Massey. The man who came to our house didn’t stay long. He never went to the basement until I asked him to. Didn’t check the attic and hardly did anything around the perimeter of our house. I called and reported him that day. I was told they would send him back out. No one ever came. Needless to say, we are still seeing insects in our house. After MANY years with MB, we can’t recommend their purchasers.”
