“Our experience with Moxie Pest Control has been extremely disappointing. From the start, we felt that the focus was more on upselling than on providing quality service. We were repeatedly pressured to invest in overpriced termite stations and were subjected to multiple attic inspections each year—each time followed by recommendations for costly insulation replacements or warnings of alleged infestations. To ensure we were making informed decisions, we sought three independent second opinions. All of them confirmed that the issues Moxie cited were either exaggerated or nonexistent. Unfortunately, even the basics weren’t handled well. The service lacked consistency, and the representatives came across more like aggressive salespeople than professional technicians. The overall approach felt more like a strategy to extract money than to genuinely resolve pest concerns. I strongly urge anyone considering Moxie to obtain quotes from other providers and do thorough research before committing. We regret our decision and hope this helps others avoid a similar experience.”
