“***WARNING*** Hired St. Louis Pro Turf & Pro Pest Solutions, LLC to perform a lawn treatment service, as well as my neighbor across the street. The crew van arrived at my neighbors house which was scheduled before mine. I watched the employee knock on the door, no answer, sat in his car for 15 minutes, and then placed a bill on my neighbors door without performing any work. I verified this with my neighbor later. After I witnessed this theft, I canceled my appointment. They are charging me $169 for this cancellation, and have turned this over to collections. Do NOT do business with these criminals.”
