“I am disappointed in the owner of this company.bwe had hopes after speaking with him on the phone and he serviced our vacation home 3.5 days ago. I passed on his bill to my husband to pay via Zelle per the owner's request. Being owners of businesses ourselves, we understand how processes go. My husband forgot to pay within 2.5 days of the service. Appropriately, the owner texted that he had not received payment yet. So, I provided the info again tobmy husband. One day later, I received a vm. Thus, I texted we will be paying. That's when I received a threatening text from the owner. It has been a whole 3.5 days from service. I know, based on professional business experience that 3.5 days is completely appropriate. I immediately called to have a conversation with the owner when he immediately began to yell and swear at me. We are very reasonable. I apologized for our 3.5 day delay. However, I was sworn at. Clearly customer service and professionalism is not part of the culture in this owner's business. We won't do the future business with him that we planned. It saddens me when someone reacts to an extreme to something quite typical. I hope he just had a really horrible day and that this is not how he treats clients, but we won't take that chance.”

“Highly recommend!! I thought I had pack rats, so I called Killum at the recommendation of a friend. Chris came out same day, assessed, determined I did not have an issue with rats, but noticed my dryer vent was a fire hazard, so he took out his ladder, cleared my vent, charged me nothing, and left with a smile. Fast, honest, helpful, and pleasant. Doesn’t get better than that! I will definitely use Killum Scottsdale next time I need pest control service!”
