Bill came to do the inspection, and he was great when it came to answering all my questions and concerns. The price was reasonable, and the service was quick. I needed the treatment done ASAP, Bill made sure to get me in the books immediately. On the day of my treatment, the individual who was completing the treatment, I believe his name is Warren, came and treated the house but unfortunately couldn't get to the basement. Another appointment needed to be scheduled but it was in the same week. They sent Rigo to complete the basement, and he did fantastic. Very friendly and accommodating. So far, I'm please with the service.”

“I’ve not been lucky with Kilter Termite and Pest Control Company as nothing has gone smoothly from Day 1 since the company started working on my attic insulation removal for replacement with new insulation. They were also contracted to do termite and pest control at my house but started out with the insulation removal first. An accident happened in my Attic right on Day 1 when one of the men fell down through the ceiling but his legs were caught onto a beam which saved his life. So now there is a big 3 to 4 ft hole in diameter in my Living Room ceiling and a chipped cocktail table glass top from the ceiling that fell down and hit the table and living room sofa chairs. That same night, I found myself without electricity in some of the rooms and my sum pump died because some of the electric cables in the attic had been ripped out by the workers who did the insulation removal manually without paying attention to all the electrical wires in the attic that connect to my ceiling lights and other appliances, thus cutting off the electricity to all the outdoor lights in the back patio and the alarm system floodlights and the sum pump and some of the interior lights inside the house. Due to the torrential rain occurring that same night, water was almost coming inside my house because the water drainage system that connects to the sum pump did not work because of the accidental ripped off of the electrical cables in the attic. I am a 75-year old widower living alone in the house, trying to cope with this emergency situation and when I called the company atfter midnight regarding the failing sum pump and water coming up to my doorstep, I had no response from the company until the next afternoon when I called them again to find out that there was not much they can do but wait for an electrician to come to give them an estimate on fixing the damages. So far, It has been 3 days since I have been out of electricity in some of the rooms and the ceiling still has the big hole in it. I was lucky I could think of reconnecting the sum pump to one of the electric outlets inside the house with a 100-foot long electric cord that my late husband had bought to vacuum the long patio and the area around the swimming pool. Thus, on the night when my entire patio was flooded, I finally was able to restart the sum pump and slowly drain all the rain water out of the patio. But of course, I still have not been able to eat in the dining room at night because the chandelier light is dead and some of the lights in the kitchen and hallway are also dead. I am still waiting to hear from the company as to when the damages will be fixed. Feb 12, 2024 Feb 23, 2024- This is a follow up on the attic insulation project that has been going at my house as of today. I am running out of luck because the same incident repeated itself and a second hole was put in my ceiling 2 days ago at the main entrance to the house as one of the workers stepped on a 2x4 wood piece above the ceiling and put another hole to the ceiling similar to the first one. The two general managers who responded to my request for repairs were so far very accommodative and willing to fix the damages and I am waiting till the end of the project to give a final review of the company. BTW, the electrical issue was fixed on Day 4 and I am happy I got my electricity back. Remaining on the agenda are the pest control and termite eradication.”
