“They came out to do annual inspection and treat areas with termites. They only alot 2 hrs but I don't feel a complete inspection was done or can be done in that time! He only went to attic and a few other areas we saw termites. He also did an inspection of outside parameters. The biggest issue is our heater was working PERFECTLY before and now it is not! The area the guy worked was near heater in attic and we have flashing yellow light now! We have a rather new home and our heater worked perfectly...UNTIL they came out yesterday, 12/8. We called and they will send someone out to fix FOR A CHARGE! This is BAD BUSINESS!! We pay a lot on an annual contract to fix termite issues, not break areas of our home that work! I hope Dennis, the Owner, takes responsibility and fixes this issue ASAP!”

“We’ve been using Pacific Coast Termite for a few years now for annual termite inspections and rodent (rats!) control. No issues on the termite side—they’re responsive, thorough, and quick to come out if we think we’re seeing activity between annual visits. We also hired them to deal with rats in the attic. They inspected the house, sealed the entry points, set traps, and came back several times to check on things. But after our handyman found a fourth dead rat—after Pacific Coast had already declared us rat-free—I used our warranty and asked for a reinspection. They came out right away. Turns out the previous inspector hadn’t done the job correctly, so the supervisor stepped in, handled everything, and reinspected the entire property. Since then, we’ve been rat-free. Pacific Coast's pricing is fair, and they do make things right when something slips through. One thing I’d love for them to update: the payment process. They’re still mailing paper invoices where you write down your credit card number or send a check—or you call and read your card number over the phone. It’s 2025. Please give customers an online payment option. Overall, we’ll continue using them. They’re solid—and they stand behind their work.”

Their communication (esp Kandy) was fast and clear, and they kept us informed throughout the whole process.
