“The customer service lady is rude and unprofessional. I found out I had covid one night, and for the safety of the technician, the following morning, I called to reschedule my service, but because it was last minute, she lectured me and threatened to cut our monthly services off. The safety of the technician was not her concern. The 2nd time I had to reschedule was 2 weeks ago, I had a sudden emergency due to my sons severe heart condition, I quickly called to reschedule, but instead of rescheduling it, she started scolding me and threatened to charge my landlord an extra fee because it was last minute. All I wanted to do was reschedule and she just kept on scolding me and talking to me like im a child. I finally told her that I no longer need your services. If someone calls to reschedule, they're being responsible. They shouldn't be treated that way. If you have a sudden emergency, don't reschedule, she will make you feel awful for doing it.”
