“YELLOW JACKETS!!! The nest in my just-purchased home must have been HUGE! Five or more "bees" were always at the entrance point. I called to set up an appointment for a few days later when they had availability (and I would be on-site, since I was still in the process of making trips moving things.) I got a call from a technician who finished his job early, and asked if I had time at that point for him to stop by. Sure! He treated the location, unfortunately got stung once or twice, and the bee activity stopped within 24 hours, completely. (As large as I know it probably is, that surprised me very much!) They have a 30-day guarantee for the service I asked for, and their rates are better than the nationally recognizable "big" name services. I hope the need will not arise, but if it does, I WILL use them again. Once I'm settled, I may have them do a termite inspection / treatment, as I found some clear evidence of damage done long ago and want to make sure those little pests don't come again! Great experience for very fair cost! Highly recommend!”
