“Worst Customer Service, We had a very bad experience this weekend with Krypton Pest Control. The customer service was extremely poor. They tented the house on Friday and were supposed to remove the tent on Saturday, to return Saturday night, they didn't appear and we had to call to get status. The process was fragmented and poorly managed, with no cohesive end-to-end service. We were left waiting, impacted by their lack of accountability and basic courtesy. To make matters worse, a rude inspector showed up on Sunday treating us unprofessionally and with unacceptable behavior. Do not recommend this company”
