“Made an appointment with them last week for today, the third time to the house for the same out of control problem.. We both confirmed it yesterday. Made sure my schedule was rearranged to be here at the appropriate time. Called about 10 minutes after the appointment was set and was told the exterminator was on his way, even said where he was. Called again over an hour after the appointment was set and was told by another person that there was no appointment for me anymore. I was extremely upset and requested to talk to someone in charge, then I was told it would be the following week when someone would get back to me and I told her that was not acceptable and I insisted on a callback from a manager No one had the decency to reach out to tell me the person wasn’t coming and left me hanging for hours/where did anyone bother to tell me the person was running late nor that there was any problem with the appointment. Big waste of time and my money, no apology whatsoever for ruining half of my day and rearranging my schedule. I am an attorney and it is not easy getting out and blocking off several hours only to wait around, for NOTHING but aggravation! Then to be ignored….”
