“Update: no thank you for the offer though you charged me $1000 dollars already and you only came out for the estimate, the time you did the extermination and just one other time. Had I been informed about what is expected and even just a treatment plan and follow up would have helped but we had to keep calling you to ask what to do. Since I have had to make several trips to my dr and getting rashes my doctor told me to ask what are the names of the chemicals used because I do have lupus that if it’s not bites my system is being triggered by the chemicals used. I have sent you a text message requesting that the specific chemicals used in the home and outside the home and where they were used be emailed to me. I have had 2 other companies come out to provide me information on what should have been done. Again it wasn’t about trying to please me it was doing the job the way New Mexico Department of Agriculture has listed. I am not here to rating reviews I’m want others to be cautious with hiring this company for extermination services so you are not having looking for resources to have another company to do what should have been done the first time and I thought I did my research on what dangers where imposed if I was to get infested and just hiring a professional company I have put my family, my pets and loved ones endanger because we never received any information on our treatment plan we were told it only needed one treatment because the chemicals that they used would last 90 days and after having to ask what we needed to do after extermination services and the name of the chemicals used I should have looked into what is supposed to be done but after making my husband crazy because I was continuously crying I was being bitten and he felt he was assured that because they came out and checked and didn’t find any evidence that it was me overreacting since it can be traumatizing I didn’t want to burden my loved ones with this only after I still had the same type biting feeling I didn’t say anything because we paid a lot of money used a lot of products on my pets and I was tried of cleaning all day and had been trying everything when I woke up this morning with a weird feeling in my scalp I asked my husband to look which he said that I was the person after 90 days with bites he didn’t want to hear it and after calling the business to come out and check again yesterday and it costs money to do that and the cost of chemicals. I am not who likes to write reviews and how dumb I feel and thinking I might be crazy because this probably how people felt about it I will never slip up on yearly prevention by a month because I would never thought I could have been put through this I hope someone else doesn’t experience all !”
