“Don’t say you don’t have a customer by this name because it is Elrod!!! If I could give zero stars that’s exactly what I would do. This company sold out and it hasn’t been the same. I have had them at my house 4 times including the manager who wouldn’t even view the issues we were dealing with bc he has bad knees so he said if I didn’t know any better I would say they are spraying water because their chemicals do absolutely nothing I have a clean home in which they agreed with me that it was however they assured me they were gonna handle our issues we had gnats and moths do you know the manager nor the worker would handle what needed done we would wait a week and call them back the worker came and didn’t do anything he didn’t open cupboards pantry cabinets NOTHING they have done nothing for us but the continue to charge me and I am putting a stop payment I called a real pest control company who was willing to deal with and handle all of our issues please beware when doing business with this company”

“Was having a problem with sugar ants and called Lane Pest Control. Eric came and we set up a contract for regular service. Eric is very knowledgeable and professional. He explained there was a big problem this year and that they were coming in looking for water. We had to have him out again and he was very nice about being called back and sprayed inside and out again to assure we didn't have anymore issues, and we haven't! Eric, is friendly, and very respectable. Lane Pest Control's services are fairly priced and I can't recommend them but especially Eric enough!”
