“I called and left a v/m on Sat. 8/31/24, Ricardo called me back. I told him about the wasp problem we had at our house. I am HIGHLY allergic to bees and afraid of getting stung. We bought our home in Marshall and closed on it the end of June. Between that time and the time my fiancé brought a load of our stuff from Calif wasps had taken up residence at our house. When I spoke w/Ricardo he agreed to come spray the following Tue. He and his wife were late getting there. When they showed up, I told him what was going on with the wasps and also mentioned I wanted to prevent getting roaches. While he sprayed outside, his wife put our poison for the roaches and sprayed inside. He mentioned to me he is based out of Tyler and coming to Marshall was a ways out of his way and that if he could get more customers in the area he would keep me as a customer. He charged $120 and told me I should be set for about 4 months. The wasps NEVER went away and we have since fully moved into our house. I am afraid to go outside my front door as they are on the porch. I have seen 3 roaches in the last week. I called and texted him. He responded he would come out on Thur and did not show up. I texted and asked if everything was ok. He said he would come out today, Saturday. He again did not show up today and will not answer my call or texts. He is over priced and does not deliver. He is untruthful and a scammer. If I could give him negative 5 stars I would. Do not trust him.”

“The owner came out quickly ran through the house and out side pest problem still here almost a month later have been trying to get him to come back out he won't answer phone calls or texts there is suppose to be 2 more times of him coming out and then cover for 3 months after if finding any more pest. After first visit and he collected the money can't get him to come back out. Do not recommend this company. Very poor customer service and still have pest problem. If I could leave zero stars I would.”
