“I joined this company in sign up for a membership. And they promised to come out and do preventative services every single month as long as I called. I had a very great guy come out named miguel Who was in charge of my territory? And now they're telling me he is no longer in charge of my territory and they can no longer come out in service every month for preventative care. This is not what I was told. And it is not what I signed up for. I will also say the past 3-4 months. This company has gone downhill. They have hired the most rude customer service. And since Miguel is no longer my guy, they've sent me. Everyone including the manager to come and spray tp do nothing. This is absolutely not the same company. I signed up for and i'd never appreciate how poorly treated I get every time. I call and how I get the worst service. So I am seeking a replacement company that will absolutely take care of all of my needs. In a world where competition is high and alert. I am happy to find another company.”
