“TLDR: Great service, they take their warranty seriously, and they've earned my trust that they won't try to up-sell unnecessarily. I won't go anywhere else for pest control while I'm living in OKC. I had an interior wasp problem my home before moving in from out of state. MVP came and did an initial interior and exterior treatment/inspection, but couldn't find a nest. The wasps kept showing back up inside of the home, so MVP honored their warranty and came back out 3 more times to retreat/reinspect. Eventually Aaron, the owner, came and we figured out that the nest was in the wooden chimney. He went above and beyond in making sure the problem was solved and apologizing for it taking so long. He did a free termite inspection and found that the other company (subcontracted by my home inspector), who did my official termite inspection, missed some old termite activity in the back of an obscure corner cabinet. Aaron he was confident that it was from prior to the treatment done on the house 5 years ago, but recommended called the other company. I called them hoping they would address it under an inspection warranty and instead they tried to play it off that it was new activity formed since the inspection and tried to get me to sign up for a yearly treatment contract costing thousands of dollars. Instead I had MVP come back, they recommended a drill spot treatment to show that the area with the activity was treated, and to wait-and-see to confirm that it was old activity and not a larger new infestation. Three weeks later now and it seems as though MVP was right, as we haven't had any more evidence of termite activity in or around that spot.”
